It’s true, I still shoot weddings! I shoot a select number of weddings each season. My focus is on documenting my couples wedding day, capturing the special moments and details, with an emphasis on creative, natural, and timeless portraits. Each wedding and couple I shoot is unique and I love to play to the natural beauty of the couple and their location. I work with all types of couples, but mostly those planning vintage, DIY, often rustic, but always genuinely unique weddings. I'd love to hear more about your wedding, send me an email and let's chat wedding!

Emilee & Chris, Mountain Meadows Lodge

Somerby Jones July 8, 2015

Blogging during wedding season always gets away from me a bit, but I am so excited to share some of my recent weddings, great couples, venues and a whole lot of work to share. It is no secret that I LOVE Vermont, and especially Mountian Meadows Lodge in Killington. It is a wonderful venue and the staff is amazing.

I was so excited to head up to the lodge and see Emilee and Chris for their wedding. The day was gorgeous, the venue looked amazing and Emilee and Chris were ready to say "I do" with a close group of family and friends. Add in their adorable pup Caya and the day was perfection. It is weddings and couples like Emilee and Chris that make me smile ear to ear that I get to do this for a living. Thanks so much Emilee and Chris and I can only hope to be back at Mountain Meadows again next year!
